Mortgages

We offer home mortgages with competitive interest rates, no points and low closing costs. Terms offered are a 10-year fixed, a 15-year with a 5-year balloon, a 20-year with a 7-year balloon and a 30-year with a 10-year balloon. We also offer financing on vacant property.

Home Equity

We offer two types of Home Equity loans -- First, a Fixed Rate, one-time loan wherein you receive all loan proceeds at once with a locked-in interest rate for the duration of the loan. Secondly, a Variable Rate Line of Credit loan allows you easy access to funds, as you may draw them when you need them, anytime.
Mobile Homes

A competitive interest rate and loan term of up to 10 years is offered on new mobile homes while a used mobile home may be financed up to 7 years.
